Bouldering Day/Technique Clinic
Bouldering is defined as climbing to a limited height (usually not exceeding 12 feet) without the use of ropes or any technical equipment. Experienced spotters and heavy duty gymnastics mats (bouldering pads) are used to prevent injury. This combination of classic bouldering climbs and professional climbing technique instruction is one of our most popular outings. While honing your skills, youÕll receive instruction on an array of topics: footwork, grip-positions, body-positions, resting and recovery, static vs. dynamic movement, axis-alignment, and proper breathing. By understanding how to combine basic balance positions with opposition movements, youÕll be able to increase your power and endurance. Push your skills to the next level.

Advanced Instruction
We offer advanced clinics on a wide variety of topics including anchor construction, self-rescue, and advanced climbing technique and movement. Call us for more information and the current schedule of events.
